Our pre-construction process involves essentially building your home on paper before any ground is broken, allowing us to review and revise every detail with you before construction begins. To ensure all details are carefully honed to your exact liking before we begin, we have designed a detailed pre-construction and construction process:

Scope and Budget: When you are comfortable with the selection of your architect and designer, we will meet again to outline every step of the process so you know exactly what to expect.  This will be the first meeting, with your complete team, who will make your dream home a reality. At this point, you may decide to walk the property, consider the views and envision the landscaping.

Value Engineering: Once you’ve approved all major details, we will finalize the costs of the project. En route to this final financial framework, we engage what’s called “value engineering” to help clarify the value of your investment and help you optimize your resources.
